Creating Value Together: The Second Trouw Asia Pacific Business Partner Meeting

The Second Trouw Asia-Pacific Business Partner Meeting was held in Hua Hin, Thailand on Thursday, March 30th, 2016. More than 14 countries and 24 distributors have joined us in the meeting. With the theme Creating Value Together, the event was opened by the opening speech from Ramakanta Nayak, Commercial Director of Trouw Nutrition Asia-Pacific.
There were four keynote speakers for this event, they are Haiko Zuidhoff, General Manager of Trouw Nutrition Asia-Pacific, Coen Smits, Manager Ingredient Research at Trouw Nutrition R&D, Prof. Paul Kewene-Hite, Affiliate Professor of Entrepreneurship at INSEAD and the last but not least Stijn Steendijk, Director Strategy & Organisation of ForFarmers.
Started with the development of Trouw Nutrition Asia Pacific and expansion of business within the region, Haiko Zuidhoff, General Manager of Trouw Nutrition Asia Pacific highlighted the milestones started from the opening of the Regional Office in Bangkok, January 2015. Followed with the Grand Opening of our new fully automated premix factory in Pasuruan last September 2015. With our recent office opening in India, Philippines and Vietnam - these offices will support our business and show our commitment to our partners in these area.
Continued by other three keynote speaker 1) Coen Smits, Manager Ingredient Research of Trouw Nutrition R&D discussed about Creating Value through Innovation. He highlighted the genetic revolutions where genetic revolutions have increased enormously. 2)Prof. Paul Kewene-Hite, Affiliate Professor of Entrepreneurship at INSEAD took the topic Transparency, Openness and Trust in his presentation. The meeting topped by 3) Stijn Steendijk, Director Strategy & Organisation of ForFarmers highlighted the key success factors for strategic partnerships as the needs to link into the strategy of both partners.
Besides the topic that was discussed by speakers, there was also study case session that was presented by our business partners. They share their own perspective and experiences partnership relations with Trouw Nutrition. The event was concluded as an event to strengthen the relations among business partner of Trouw Nutrition Asia Pacific.
