  • Selacid®

    Selacid® is a synergistic blend of free and buffered short chain fatty acids. It is particularly effective in reducing the feed’s buffering capacity in the stomach. The free acids in Selacid make the product effective in supporting the natural barrier against Gram-negative bacteria in the stomach. Moreover, digestion is supported by reducing the stomach pH after feed ingestion. The buffered acids used in Selacid may help to improve the microbial balance in the gastrointestinal tract. The overall result of Selacid is a positive effect on swine and poultry gut health and performance.

  • TOXO® MX

    Selko’s TOXO® range helps livestock producers to reduce mycotoxin contamination in feeds and raw materials. TOXO is available in different product varieties, with multiple mechanisms and levels of protection against the mycotoxins Aflatoxin, Zearalenone, Deoxynivalenol, Fumonisin, Ochratoxin and T-2/HT2.  TOXO-MX is a binder with a high ability to bind Aflatoxins in the gastrointestinal tract. The properties of the interlayers of smectite clay allow Aflatoxin molecules to bind. The smectite clays in TOXO-MX do not bind to nutrients and can be used in animal feed and premixes. In addition, it has excellent free-flowing properties and can be applied as an anti-caking agent in premixes.

  • Fylax® Forte

    Fylax® Forte is a synergistic blend of organic acids and surfactants. It is produced using a production technology that creates activated propionates held in micelles. The activated organic acids effectively reduce moulds to maintain the nutritional value and prolong the shelf life of raw materials, compound animal feed and pet food. The surfactants optimise the distribution of the Fylax Forte throughout the feed and increase its water-binding capacity. This improves anti-mould effect and overall feed mill efficiency.
