Feed hygiene for broilers

Animal feed is at high risk of contamination from spoilage and pathogenic microbes such as salmonella, E. coli, mould and yeasts, which affect its nutritional quality and ultimately impact animal performance. Preventing the spread of these microbes is also important to protect public health.
