Can I get multiple NutriOpt On-site Adviser license keys?
Your Trouw Nutrition representative can provide you a license key to activate the app. You can find your Trouw Nutrition representative here. If you have gotten a license key for someone else, you need to provide the licence key to this person yourself.
Be aware: One On-site Adviser mobile application (so one smartphone) can handle only one license key.
How can I activate my NutriOpt On-site Adviser mobile application by using the license key?
One On-site Adviser mobile application can handle only one license key. When you log in the mobile app for the first time, you will get a message on your screen requesting you to enter a product key. Please, click the Yes button and type the license key which was given to you by your Trouw Nutrition representative. Your subscription will be immediately activated.
I didn’t receive my NutriOpt On-site Adviser licence key
Sometimes, license keys get marked as junkmail, so please check your junkmail if you cannot find your licence key.
If you did not receive your license key please contact your Trouw Nutrition representative.
My NutriOpt On-site Adviser mobile application indicates the license key is invalid
The license key needs to be introduced only once in the NutriOpt On-site Adviser mobile application. Once validated, the option for introducing the license key is still open (not blocked). If you try to introduce your licence key for the second time the app will show you a message saying the license key is invalid.
